There’s nothing like Halloween in NYC, so here’s a summary of my top 5 festivities from Halloween 2014.
The Sleep No More Halloween party – after a great SNM show (if you haven’t been yet, you MUST try it out. It was second time going and I had a completely different experience than when I went for the first time in July
Dressing up like Alvin and the Chipmunks – even though a good number of people thought we were the SATs.
Halloween chocolate chip cookie pie – After getting out of jury duty, I decided to bake something delicious with all of the leftover candy from my house. It was a HIT with my co-workers and was a fun way to reuse the Halloween candy.
Finally watching Once – I’ve been meaning to save watching this musical for a special occasion, but since I found out that the musical was going off Broadway in January, I had to snag a seat. If you haven’t seen it yet – do it. You’ll feel much better that you did so. . . even if you feel really sad afterward.
The Pumpkin Pie Concrete from Shake Shack – after feeling all of the things from watching the Broadway show “Once, ” my friend and I had dinner st Shake Shack and had to try their seasonal concrete. It was obviously delicious.
